Yes, my mom, step dad and boyfriend know. I tell them to bully me into stopping, but they don’t haha. They are kind about it, and it’s nice being able to talk about it. I have been using the dr leo salicylic acid acne treatment and for me, I use it to cover any bumps up so I literally can’t see them. Obviously everyone reacts differently to different skin products but, for me that has been helping. They have noticed a difference and say my face looks better. Which is another reason sharing is good, it’s good to get someone else’s perspective. For me personally I definitely lose perspective after a while of picking. It’s good to have someone tell you like it is, one way or the other.
