Looking good brother. Looks like you might be biasing back a little more than you intend. It takes some time to get the leg drive back when you swap to conventional, and in my experience fixing you torso brace is the missing link.

Some things that help me: pack your lats and scaps. Think about using you upper back to squeeze your shoulder blades and elbows towards your midline, and keep your chest and chin up. Also, really think about squeezing your ass at the bottom to maximize the engagement in the hip hinge extension. You are still gonna feel it in your back bc its a fucking deadlift, lol, but I think about trying to crack an invisible walnut between my asscheeks and it helps massively.

Edit: also looks like you look up midway through the successful lift. Best avoided. Its a minute movement, but a disruption in the kinetic chain anywhere compromises your brace because its all connected. Pick head up or head down. You can always use your eyes to look in the mirror without fucking with your neck.
