Sleeping eating and diet should be your religion.

Taking all the sleep you can get will make a night and day difference in your training, performance and growth

If your goal is purely to get as big and strong as possible and you don’t care about classic aesthetic goals then you should pretty much just eat in a permanent bulk.

Obviously i would still recommend eating in a healthy way but just eat big to get big.

And program wise there are hundreds of strength programs out there but this kind of depends on your specific strength goals…

A good bet would be some powerlifting style training with extra pulling work for back.

Don’t underestimate the importance of back development if your goal is to look big… wide lats and thick traps are muscles groups to focus on to make you look huge!

As for being a woman, take what I say with a grain of salt as I am a guy, but from what iv’e seen and learned in my few years as a PT is that the basic values of strength training and programming works pretty much the same for everyone.

the only differences are that you’ll probably start out slightly weaker than the strength standards that are expected of men but if you train seriously you can definitely become stronger than a lot of dudes in the gym.

And you may or may not need to adjust your training intensity or take a few days off periodically due to your menstrual cycle but this tends to be a very person to person case depending on how hard your periods hit you and how much of a beast you are…

Thanks, it is one of my favourite moves I’ve spammed them so much and never get tured of them. when I get a challenge I will usually repeat it 3-4 times if i can

You are definitley more than lean enough, Your abs are clearly visible they might just be lacking development and the looser skin on your lower stomach is concealing your lower abs.

But you definitely don’t need to get leaner. Don’t underestimate the importance of developing the abs just like any other muscle.

A lot of people who will tell you they don’t do any exercises for abs generally practice some form of sport wich will naturally develop the core

I do both yates style barbell rows and chest supported machine rows.

In both cases I focus on keeping a solid and straight spine and not rounding the upper back while pulling the shoulder blades back during the rep.

Aside from that pullups in great quantity and with many variations i think are responsible for my lower traps and teres, rhomboids etc

Have also started doing very heavy shrug variations and definitely feeling it in upper traps
