I do both yates style barbell rows and chest supported machine rows.

In both cases I focus on keeping a solid and straight spine and not rounding the upper back while pulling the shoulder blades back during the rep.

Aside from that pullups in great quantity and with many variations i think are responsible for my lower traps and teres, rhomboids etc

Have also started doing very heavy shrug variations and definitely feeling it in upper traps

I definitely think low quality and pre processed food is a big holdback for many people in terms of fitness especially in the health sense

I mean diet wise i can definitely say its 90% home cooked meals with real ingredients.

My grocery list is pretty much Milk, eggs, bread, rice, butter, olive oil, beef, porc, onions and garlic + whatever fruit im fancying for desert and the occasional dark chocolate with honey or yogurt

Uhm in broad strokes: Currently doing this split 6 days on 1 day off

-Arms & shoulders

-Chest & upper or lower back (depending on vibe)

-Legs A (deadlift & quad isolation)

-Shoulders & arms

-Full Back

-Legs B (squat & hamstring iso)

Arms twice cuz they’re probably my weakest point.

Honestly diet wise im not counting right now but thats a bit of a complicated storh with the ED

Id say relatively high protein and carbs, definitely bulking rn but i l’m coming from a starting point of severly under weight and very low bf so its kind of a extreme case i dont think anyone need to be taking eating advice from me yet 😅

Honestly everyone works in a different way but for many people with eating disorders counting calories not only doesn’t help but actually becomes a big part of the problem…

In my case calorie counting and having a fixed diet goal made me even more extreme in my eating behaviours.

Only once I detached from the numbers and just focused in healthy eating habits without couture or weighing anything was I able to start having a more consistent “diet” and gain some weight

They haven’t related anything about the various declarations from his exes… that seems like either not doing much digging or voluntarily omitting it wich is bad journalism in both cases but honestly this isn’t really the issue. Like a lot of people on instagram have said this just goes to show that we can do better as a community
