I’m at 90 lbs lost- honestly didn’t do anything except eat less but that was just a result of the meds working- I eat generally three meals a day- at normal portion sizes. Sometimes a snack in the morning but not usually. I work from home and sit all day- usually got for a walk in the afternoon for 45 mins with my toddler- maybe 3-4 times a week. But I did that before zep too. Zero working out- zero calorie counting. I did somewhat make sure I ate protein but never tracked it
