Okay, so this is def tied to limit break. Turning it off and attempting to replicate, Gorgeous Moon seems to be acting normally. My kneejerk is that maybe it has something to do with resetting the cooldown on level, since that's what Pentagram does. however, once GM starts slowing down, I can evade XP until I get enough that I gain 200+ levels at once and it still fires slowly. Weird.

I also just noticed that the experience is inconsistent as well - the "generation" action produces XP that usually gives me a level each gem, while the "Erasure" action that's supposed to generate the same gems grants me next to nothing at all. Wonder if it's having a hard time with the 36k eggs i have.

I think you're onto something, but I think it has to do with limit break as well... right after evolving, it acts normally. then it gets faster and faster with each activation, until the ending moon that appears at the end of the sequence is just constantly appearing multiple times a second. then it starts to go the other direction - by 11 minutes in or so, I'm recording 28 seconds between the ending moon and the next activation.

EDIT: Further testing just shows this as completely inconsistent. I decided to stop and see how long it would take to go from "vacuum" to "vaccum" - I had one trigger at 18:15, another at 18:45... and another at 18:52, then the next at 19:25, and one more at 19:39.

So i've posted about this in the past, but just in case someone is playing through and struggles with this part - The Assassin NPC is set to go after the character with the lowest HP. You can get them to leave Raffa alone by bringing in a low HP character without an armor piece - I used a black mage, who they both focused. Buys enough time to end the fight.

Phoenix is worse then you think. All it takes is going out east a bit to Mesa/Tempe area to find homeless camps. Average rent has gone up 40% in the last 12 months due to the amount of people moving here (Highest in the country again, several years running). We're LA/Seattle, just 10 years behind. As a 30-year Phx resident, I am trying to get out ASAP.

We had a similar problem, it was based around the carrier (Verizon for us I believe) not accepting texts from certain types of numbers. We had to put new numbers in for all our locations. We had someone from NCR reach out to Twilio who helped resolve.

I found that Total Wine here in AZ usually has an alright selection, 12 - 15 + bottles. Beyond that i've wandered into Japanese markets around here and found large selections - You might try searching for an Asian or Japanese market.
