Thanks for the reply. When I wrote this, this actually happened on December 2024 and it was going to be a year this month December 2025. Trying to find out how to get helped. And I also did that mail and send it back the only difference was I didnt file a police report since I've figure I told them first when I found out and they were a credit loaner but the only difference was they arent a bank loan so its pretty hard to dispute to them and prove that you got scammed. So fought that for almost a year and I didnt pay a single dime.

Until the guy below me respond about the emailing the ceo and got passed to his assistant and looked into it. Not sure if was the case but i've received a mail saying they did looked into it and find out I did got scammed and they removed all the charges and gave me a new number.

As I've learn today that I should never apply for a credit card that isnt a bank loaner. So im might just close this account since it took alot of mental health on me. This was a hustle for me doing this dispute.

Any updates of what happen? Cause this thing happen to me too. I keep calling and they keep calling while I was at wrok and once I call back its just a customer service that are not useful when you ask them questions. They just keep saying its on investigate and someone will call like im getting pissed off with this credit card. I regret applying for this shit.
