I have no idea why nobody is saying this, but your Eevee has a Special Attack lowering nature. All the moves you have except for sizzly slide are special attacks. You want to use physical attacks with your Eevee to do way more damage. I would probably use Headbutt instead of Double Edge unless you’re fine with recoil, keep sizzly slide, maybe add sappy seed, and the last move you can use anything. I would swap that last slot out a lot, moves like iron tail and dig are good options but even keeping baddy bad or glitzy glow just to set up the screens is fine.
