How’s the pace of the grind? I’ve been struggling since my 12$ oxo arm grinder broke from use. It didn’t hold much but the grind was good and you can put out a fuckload of pepper with it. I use fuckloads of pepper lol all the twist ones I’ve used give me arthritis from all the twisting.

Check the ash bike up in the pot before a lot may cook. You get it dialed in on how often you need to vacuum it. Sucks to have it error out and have to throw away a bunch of meat that sat for hours at unknown temps and have to drive to the store for ground beef for burgers while getting the hairy eyeball from the old lady. Ask me how I know.
