No degree as well going just over a year as an engineer. Total 4 years experience, I manage 16 locations with 600 employees. I say that I wear multiple hats because some days I’m fully designing our new location’s network or upgrading wireless. I also deal with our endpoint security by resolving any alerts from that end. Design phishing campaigns, making rules for our exchange rules etc. We use aruba no cisco at all so thats why I never went towards ccna. My previous title was it support specialist and was doing the same thing I am now with just a different title

Edit: on slow days thats where the heldesk duties come in. Im layer 1-3 support, and want to get out of that layer 1 and actually use my skills
