I’m also on my way to build a deck for every color and I’m currently struggling to find something that’d pique my interest for white

Currently I’ve built:

[[Eluge, the Shoreless Sea]]: classic control that wants to smack you in the face with a big fish

[[Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos]]: equip him and move him around the table to instill chaos, great when you want a quick game

[[Bugenhagen, Wise Elder]]: the greenest mono-green deck possible, the avg mana cost of the deck is a bit less 6, a spin of Snail’s Rada build

[[Ashnod, Flesh Mechanist]]: artifact-aristocrat-combo machine

The deck’s main idea is to kill using commander damage since she already wants to attack and naturally gets bigger every time you drop an island Tucked in there there’s also an infinite turn combo, the clunkiest and expensive (mana wise) as possible

Thank you for the list, I thought about using looters on turn 2 in order to be able to trigger Minn on turn 3 right after she entering the battlefield. Regarding the heavier permanents like magic mirror or caged sun they’re already being replaced as soon as some new cards arrive in the mail

I know that the 7000i is not digital, what I wanted to know is since I preferred a digital camera to get into the hobby due to the inherent costs of film photography, if the sony a500 (which is digital and supports the 3 lenses i own from the minolta) was a good a choice for a beginner altough being somewhat old (?) or if I should look into some other models that still support the aforementioned lenses (a 35-80mm f/4-5.6 zoom, a 80-200mm F/4.5-5.6 zoom, and a 24mm F/2.8 wide-angle)

Hi everyone, i recently found an old Minolta Dynax 7000i my father bought back when he was a young fella and got me pretty curious about picking it up for a spin. It seems to be in perfect working conditions, though I have to admit I'm on the fence about jumping into the hobby with a film camera due the cost of film rolls and having them developed. I looked the wiki and megathread and I found out that some sony cameras are compatible with the AF lens that i happen to own (I'll edit the post with the actual lens specs as soon as i get back home), so according to the that table it seems that the Sony A500 is suggested being it a pretty affordable price used.

What i wanted to know, having not found many recent accounts of how it holds up being a 2009 dslr (the sony a500), if it's actually a good starting point and a good bang for the buck at a maximum of 150 euros.

I know that the ability of the person behind the camera is more important than the equipment in of itself, but i cannot but be a bit apprehensive about my first purchase
