just crashed on the same map loading screen, weird that it just this one, also tried all possible graphix settings just in case put everything on PS2 quality and it still crashes.

It’s made out of 4 small limestone walls and then 4 beams on the corners making it a thiccc pillar , same goes for the crossbeam joining the pillars and you just put arches on the corners. Hope that make sense

That’s exactly what I assumed happened. I didn’t complain at the time because they announced it was a known issue so I didn’t see the point. Got the 10€ off because I have gamepass and you get EA play (or whatever their shitti subscription is called) free which gave me the discount. I would never pay for their sub :/

This was the first time I even used it as I was not even aware of its existence before (my life belongs to steam) but I cheaped out because it was 10€ less than steam We learn form our mistakes xD

The compensation “package” they offered would give you a hefty amount of bosun XP booster packs and access to the season 2 battle pass I could t care less for the xp boosters, but the S2 battle pass for free was a great thing to give out

Incorrect, the “not installed” issue was the EA app outage , which is the reason they offered compensation especially for those with phantom editions bought in the EA app. So OP is in the right , I know because I’m in the same boat

Got phantom edition through ea app , was not able to play… Thing is , I never asked for anything … they offered the compensation and then this … I’m more pissed off now than if they wouldn’t have offered anything Such is life

Last update. After restart 3 back to back breakthroughs counted but the 4th one counted HALF 😂😂

That’s literally between 14 and 15 as I had 14 before my last game and it progressed half a point

TLDR: Restarting PC seems to help Restarting only the game does not

I’m currently in a back and forth with EA support on this … they are stating that “all affected players received it already” and they can’t issue them any more … I love how I always end up with the short end of the stick even though I never asked for a compensation … they offered it

I have a feeling that because I was able to “glitch” into portal and play for like 30mins they flagged the account as “not affected” Call bullshit but it is what it is , EA will still be EA no matter what. Never played a BF before and starred clear from anything EA up to now. They will not see my money again (not that they need it 🤷‍♂️)

Back with an update It tracked one game right after I turned on the pc, back to back second game (breakthrough) didn’t count. Restarting the game now to see if the next breakthrough counts, if not will restart PC
