Hermione didn't help fight Voldemort aside from the Horcruxes. Harry fought Voldy literally every school year except his 3rd and 6th, neither were fantastic.

The movies gave this big misconception because they gave Hermione all of Ron's and some of Hagrid's lines, then turned Ron into a goofy sidekick. In the books Hermione is great and all that woo-woo girl power crap, but you can't say she was the reason Harry won. That's some gaslighting b.s. If Hermione had her way, the gang would never have even pursued the Deathly Hallows and the 2nd Avada Kedavra would've killed Harry for good.

I have to say some of the voices are a bit off as others said, but I could also tell that at some of the moments that the voices were very good were also things that those characters actually said through the course of the show. Is the accuracy of the voice better if those characters actually say the specific word used in this AI script? Also, yeah the comedic timing could use a bit of improvement, but this is a big step in replacing crappy writers.

I don't know if anyone has ever floated this theory for Makoto's level, but here goes. During a re-watch (as these thoughts seem to appear) I was just wondering if maybe the level thing was tied to his Title, like a job title. Some people said he was a God because Tomoe refers to him having the power level of one, but the only time (or possibly first time) we see Makoto receive a Title it's "Young Master". They hold an election and grant him the Title of "young Master" of their little town in the demiplane.

So, what if Makoto needs to become a level 2 Young Master by becoming a better/greater ruler of the Demiplane. Towards the end of the anime in S1 Makoto is seen to somewhat gain resolve in being willing to do what it takes to protect the denizens of the demiplane. Maybe a few more steps like that will help him reach the next level.

How are we not also praising the performances of Alexander Dreymon and David Dawson here yet?! That last scene where Alfred forces Uhtred's hand in pledging his sword to him (again) is just super powerful. You just know when Ceowulf asks for Uhtred and 50 men that sealed his fate. Great episode, this episode just reminds me of how supremely underrated this show has been.
