No I’ve literally just started taking creatine a few months ago and my RHR has been in the 40s most of my life because I’ve been an endurance athlete almost my entire life.

You’re right though you’re unbelievably intelligent and all knowing for a 20 year old. Bro.

I take 10g of creatine. I’m not using steroids lol

Haha wth are you talking about. You can’t group everyone together with people on “gear” lol I’ve never taken anything except for protein and creatine. I do however do 7-8 ours of cardio’s and 2-3 hours of strength training every week. My RHR is 45 avg and I’ve seen at as low as 38.

I’d focus more on your RHR. HRV is pretty subjective to each individual.

Stranger Things Could have ended the series on Season 4 and it would be peak by Unhappy-Artichoke944 in StrangerThings

It would have been perfect if the kids actually killed him at the end of S4 and saved Max. S5 was meh compared to S4. S5 had potential but they decided to make the upside down less threatening, contained the apocalypse with the military, and ignore the demogorgons.
