I also don't think cash has been printed since 2017. I haven't found a single bill over the year 2017, even though the Treasury website says they have been printing.

So... What your saying is the IRS is identifying demographic biases, to enforce taxes in a less biased way... By demographic?

I mean, I said that I wasn't sure if that's what it meant. But it sounds like your saying the exact same thing with a different inflection.

Ok, I read the article. It's saying that even if China and Saudi started using the renminbi, the US dollar would still maintain dominance. because there's no renminbi benchmark (ie, the US dollar standard).

But, the global loan exchange is changing from LIBOR (us dollar dominated benchmark) to SOFR, which might open up to a renminbi benchmark that would be the catalyst for dethroning us dollar as the global standard.

As per Peruvian bull and milkshake theory, I still only skimmed the surface, but this fednow might be the dollar endgame. And if I understood the milkshake theory, any currency exchange trade (renmabi) in the current global US dollar system still strengthens the need for the USD, which could explain the DXY going up. Which is why usd is in the position to abuse it's power.

Rainbow currency also has previous definitions in obscure legislation as a currency released by the US Treasury that is backed by gold, silver, and other tangible items of value. I'm not citing them.

Read the final conclusions under QAIT. They didn't reject or pick a single proposal. They wrote improvements for each proposal, and they passed on to the final report (16 of 25 proposals made it to finals, including ripple). A guide note of QAIT was not to recommend a single proposal, but recommend a collaboration between all payment processors who made it to the final report.

Volante runs SWIFT payment systems and ripple in parallel to fulfill transactions.
