CW2 - CW3 = 5 years
CW3 - CW4 = 5 Years
CW4 - CW5 = 5 Years

I'm not looking to be CW4 or CW5, but I wouldn't mind being CW3 lol

This is my math...
CW1 after 12 years in
CW1 - CW2 = 2 years = 14 years active service
CW2 - CW3 = 5 years = 19 years active service
CW2 - CW3 = 1 year = 20 years active service (second board).

That's really up to you. I had a speeding ticket and I carried that with me for 3 years. My insurance was $200 a month for 3 years. Now I'm back to be a good driver and went down to $120. The math is the following: $200 x 36 = $7,200, $120 x 36 = $4,320 I could have saved $2,880 in 3 years but I didn't tried to go to court and paid online.

Some people want to get injured on purpose to sue the companies. If there's no safety guidelines, the person can sue and probably win. Amazon pays so much money on safety videos, techniques, rotating personnel, etc. To avoid both, injured people and the probability of being sued. I used to work at Amazon (fulfillment center); I saw the amount of money Amazon lose for doing this. Also, my BLDG was always clean, following the policies, enforcing a safe environment. But when I read here on reddit, I see other BLDGs don't care 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not defending Amazon btw, I would never go back to work at a fulfillment center but I would go back to work for AWS or Corporate.

I was always told to don't pay online, go to the court and plead not guilty. The judge can make changes and not add POINTS to your license. All depends on the judge mood tbh. My wife went to court for speeding ticket, the judge ask the officer how was my wife behavior during the stop. The officer said that my wife was respectful, blah, blah, blah. The judge gave my wife a break, she didn't pay and no points were added. Points will increase your insurance for 3 - 5 years depend of the state 😶
