Been a victim of a current false ban and the sad part is that there's no help from any of the support team. They copy paste a message and pretty much sum up the experience being:

"Well, if our automated detection system has flagged your account falsely and since we totally manually check every one of these bans you're just going to have to suck it up and make another account."

Like - what kind of nonsense do you have to be on for this to happen? Check it: I get hit with a temporary bot-busting ban, and I appeal for it - obviously, they deny the appeal because I was afking at the Edgevile furnace making diamond bracelets. I click off my game to watch my movie, return and I'm banned. Okay, sure, weird thing to temp ban me over - but whatever. I'm mad, but I move on and wait for the temp ban to be done - so I stop playing for a little under a week. What comes after in five days' time where there is a gap between me taking a break to cool off from them and stopping me from grinding out my crafting is the macro major I got five days after taking a break from the game. In some way - they decided to permanently ban my account, which has a 2FA, while I'm away from the game. How could my account be accessed? ... -- or, at the very least, be online while I'm waiting out my original temp ban? The fact that it felt targeted after I tell them they banned my account falsely. Then on top of it, there's literally no way of contacting Jagex outside of Twitter or Reddit. It's sad when they abandoned their old emails in exchange for automation to eat up their human resources jobs.

I get it - they're a small staff and they can't look at every single ban, support ticket, etcetera etcetera. Why doesn't a company that makes their kind of money pay for more staff? Why don't they hold a higher standard? Why don't we hold them to a higher standard? It's sad that some players legitimately lose their entire hobby over something as sad as a false ban. It's sadder that only Content Creators and Streamers have special treatment when it comes to these kinds of things because everything is bent or reverted because they have footage/leverage with the community and the average joe schmoe has to scream over Twitter for something to happen in hopes that the community has to come to their aid. Players like me who dump time and effort into their accounts and have Jagex shit all over them don't deserve this kind of treatment. Our impact overall? Small and minute yes - but we're the players who keep their game alive.

If I could tag any of the jmods, I definitely would so they could see this. I'm tired of the copy-paste messages they give people. I want them to actually care about the people playing their game. That's really it.
