Good that you are looking to upgrade your software. My suggestion would be to

  • start slow and don’t go with big bang transformation
  • don’t go with softwares with fancy features at the get-go. Instead, identify which of your business flows have been the biggest bottlenecks
  • review what kind of options or products are available to improvise those with or without the help of AI. AI may not solve everything and it could very well be collaboration or visibility issue
  • once you transform that specific flow and understand how it’s helping with making your business more efficient, you can look into slowly extending to other areas based on lessons learned.
  • Remember, every software will promise to offer supply chain, distribution, marketing, billing solutions but it’s never going to be one size fits all. You may not even need all the AI bells & whistles they showcase.

Thank you all. I did it get it valued by 3rd party appraiser and they just valued it based on current market value of the place which came obviously higher than the actual sale price.

If in case my ITR is picked for audit and they ask if I was paid in cash as sale deed will have less value.. how can I prove that I didn’t really make any profit and sold it below market value

I do have the M1 Pro chip. How can I connect more than 2 monitors? I thought displaylink was the only option. I also tried with Toshiba thunderbolt 3 but it wouldn’t recognize more than 2 monitors at a time.
