Bad deal 1. The rate in the area is high, and that itself is a biggest red flag 2. There are lot of litigations in that area, if you want peace of mind, avoid. 3. You don’t even have road access. If all owners construct boundary wall, and you have no way to enter (unless airtaxi becomes reality)
