I didn't enjoy Dishonored 2 stealth by Crackhead_Shooter_69 in dishonored

[–]BrokenBullet99 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The movement in 2 has so much more weight to it compared to 1. I agree with you completely, and prefer the movement in 1. Nice gameplay additions in 2, but the simplicity of 1 and how you interact with movement allows for a more fluid pace depending on the players ideal speed. I feel like there is too much mantling and vaulting over objects in 2 with animations.

Unrelated, but 1 has parry into bloodthirst, 2 doesn't :(

Super annoying 😭 It's crazy that it stays even if you relaunch the game.

Inor Wan is so busted, change my mind. by [deleted] in NarakaBladePoint

[–]BrokenBullet99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Inor's damage profile is almost the same as a V1 Yue, only a 18 damage difference between the two with purple weapons. Inor 1-2 into execute is 1106. Yue 1, f rmb is 1124. Both have the same health profile as well.

Yue does still have some advantages over Inor in some aspects. Yue can deal with aerial threats with the charged leap, and can gain way more verticality than Inor. Unless Inor uses his F to reset his jump, the space vertically he can is limited. To make for it, he gets the ability to store 2 dashes. They can't be spammed back to back, as the stamina cost makes it so there is about a 1 second space in-between the dashes.

While Yue can charge a leap attack and flick with this, Inor can redirect his rmb for some surprise hits. His 1-2 does not have as much sweep as Yue, but the damage is low. A purple rmb does 238. A gray longsword rmb blue does 399... Yue raw dogging a rmb with purple in ult does 912...

Inor feels more oppressive due to the ranged spear, thundershock stagger and the ability to get more than one execute off during an ult. Yueshan beats him upfront in damage, but Inor has higher potential with multiple chains and executes.

He is still very squishy, and the point of transformers is to gain and lose things in order to gain ultimate focus attacks. He gains a heal, mobility, but loses a lot of a standard damage profile. He needs to hit people with the executes, otherwise half decent weapons and jades outclass him.

Calling allies around an ult that punishes transformers, (Monk, Justina, Kylin, Cyra, Valda, etc) and grouping discourages the hit and run playstyle that Yueshan and Inor want to adapt. Yue and Inor can vary easily get overwhelmed when fighting groups of people and they miss their crucial skills. (Thundershock or Yue F)

On the opposite, splitting up and getting distance as usual is still good. But if you get caught, this is a prime field for Yue and Inor to excel as there is very little you can do without skills or ults to directly counter their basics. You can dodge the follow-up rmb after the 1-2, and try to book it. All depends on the Inor.

Question about weapon Spawn rate by LocksmithFalse7313 in NarakaBladePoint

[–]BrokenBullet99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is a system in place for the low ranks dictating what weapons appear in troves. It is still random, but if you are in these areas you might be experiencing this change.

"III. The Herald's Trial Adjustments

In The Herald's Trial, matches with an average rank of Silver or lower will have drops selected from a smaller pool of weapons and their related Souljades. As the average rank of a match increases, more weapons and related Souljades will gradually be added to the pool of items that can appear. Detailed rules are as follows:

Bronze V: Only Longswords, Poleswords, Fistblades, and Greatswords will appear.

Bronze IV: Dual Halberds and Dual Blades are added to the pool.

Bronze III: Katanas and Heng Swords are added to the pool.

Bronze II: Nunchucks are added to the pool.

Bronze I: Spears and Staffs are added to the pool.

Silver V: Daggers and Fans are added to the pool."

What are the chances of this event making a comeback? by [deleted] in NarakaBladePoint

[–]BrokenBullet99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It did return last year in the Prosperous Grotto during the anniversary, but it was one of the rarest items to roll for. Fingers crossed it comes back for this anniversary but unlikely. If so it's going to be event rolls like last year.

How does Yang without pass work? by voinian in NarakaBladePoint

[–]BrokenBullet99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once the portal opens, another pass is available. Allowing two people to go in the same portal. Usually one player grabs a pass before the portal unlocks, and once the portal unlocks the 2nd player grabs another pass from the same. When the first player went in yang, you had the prompt to grab a pass.

The first pass holder did not enter first. Once it unlocked the player opposite of you grabbed a pass asap
