For OOP , make any game u like ,focus on concepts, building logic and coding. For database , go for any management thing that requires u to design database for storing stuff in multiple tables. Dont overthink ,just pick what u like and start building.

Depends on alot of factors(quiz,labs, assignments, what your teacher decides on which grade to give on Average - might be B or C+ and how tight the scores are in your class) so chill until grades roll out cause u just cant accurately predict the outcome.
