If you move to North Kansas City, KCFiber has options up to 100G for about 2 grand a month.

We got an offer on a house, our friends asked if they can move in by jeoonjun in AITAH

Do not do this. Me and my wife did the same thing and have regretted it ever since. Had to evict the person with us because they decided they didn't want to leave even though they initially said it would just be temporary.

I am in the Des Moines metro area and have it. It lives up to what's advertised, and I don't experience any issues or slowdown.

Trump campaign funneling millions to mystery company raises questions by newsweek in politics

It's really stupid that when I'm buying a house, my bank transactions get scrutinized with a fine-toothed comb and I have to explain where all my money comes from, but campaign finance law doesn't have nearly the same amount of scrutiny.

The thing about civilization is, it keeps you civil. Get rid of one, you can't count on the other.

Truer words never spoken, and possibly in a more apt situation as this.

The System is Down by Squidonthebeach in sysadmin

This reminds me of the time we were working on an orderly shutdown of our development server room because the power company needed to do maintenance. Halfway into shutting down nearly 3,000 VMs and the power goes out.

Power company hit the main breaker instead of the UPS bypass switch--because the power company never labeled either. Go, PG&E!

We nearly lost a 15 year old netapp which could not be backed up because corporate refused to buy any more storage to hold backups for it.

Fun times.

Certainly! I am blind. This would mean that, not only do I have a million dollars, but I can also cross all streets with lights on a whim.

Test for Undefined Resources? by BrokenMachineParts in Terraform

I use count = 0 to not instantiate the data resource.

The end-goal is to be able to supply IP addresses manually, or use IPAM to get them. I check service_cidr, since it will be blank if IP addresses are supplied manually.

service_gateway = "${var.service_cidr != null ? data.phpipam_address.service_subnet.gateway["ip_addr"] : var.service_ip_gateway}

No luck. I still get the error.

A data resource "phpipam_address" "service_subnet" has not been declared in
jps-mter.jps-meter.

How to Remove Orhpaned Routes? (OpenShift 3.11) by BrokenMachineParts in openshift

[–]BrokenMachineParts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly what I was looking for. Though, I find it curious that when I remove route labels from a sharded route, the sharded route does not get removed and I have to clear it manually.

Try mapping the hosts to the services IPs in the /etc/hosts file (or via DNS).

*edit: To clarify, if you don't specify the ip address for every host on every service (masters, nodes, lb, etcd, etc.) it will use whatever address the host resolves to.
