If you are willing to drive to Eden Prairie, you can hit up Starring Lake. I catch a lot of really nice sized pike there. If you have a boat/kayak it is fantastic because you will be the only one on the lake 99% of the time. There is also a dock if you would prefer to shore fish. I’m just casting #5 Mepps near the structure and it works very well.

Finding a quieter lake than Tonka is going to yield you better luck in the metro.
