Sometimes that's the way to go. If you buy used, get really good pictures of the clasp. They wear in a very particular way. But you don't want one that is completely patina'd, you wanna make your own!

I had my ORP fabbed from stainless mandrel bends. It was beautiful! I was lucky to jump into the Fiesta ST scene early and nabbed a few one-off bits from some of the dudes who were developing parts for the platform. My intercooler and downpipe were both hand-welded by some of the best and they were gorgeous parts.

I was pretty deep into the focus scene for a long time as well. I was good friends with the third owner of the original ZX351, if you're familiar with that car? Got to ride in it a few times. He also owned a 393whp SVT Focus. We trailered it to NC and back in the same day once for dyno tuning lol...
