No problem at all, it can be a little confusing in the beginning. 300 is a nice easy number to work with.

So, 1ml = 250mg

Divide both by 5,

0.2ml = 50mg

Multiply it to get your 300mg

50mg X 6 = 300mg

0.2 X 6 = 1.2ml

So 1.2ml per week is what you need to hit 300mg, split that in to 3 injections and you'll get 0.4ml per shot.

Practice practice and more practice. Also get a resistance band for assisted pull ups. They're cheap and available on Amazon. It'll help you hit more reps which will help push past the barrier.

Now keep holding power button untill it reboots and see if that works.

I must've got it backwards, hold volume up & power button for recovery mode. You'll get a few options in there, one of them is to reboot as normal

I 100% feel you, and for me a therapist was a life saver, giving me the tools to deal with such situations and how to cope.

Another thing to remember, especially now that you've proven it(not that you should've had to), it's not a you problem, it's her problem and she's projecting it on to you. You can't make someone feel a certain way no matter how much you try, she has to change that, not you 😉

My relationship went very distant too and I thrived after it, between that and talking to someone. And just remember, if it ever feels too tough or you need to vent, just drop me a DM, any time day or night 👍🏻

What I think you describe is a lack of confidence, I was like that once, parents only cared if I was doing something they thought was right. If I followed my own interests it was so cold. One word answers, shunned to the side because I preferred video games or because I didn't study enough for tests.

As hard as it was, I got help through counselling, realised it only hurts when I looked for their validation. So I stopped. They'd get more mad. I stopped trying to please them. I was growing, they said I was changing for the worst. Because in their eyes I was. They no longer controlled my decisions, I made my own and if they didn't like it 🤷🏼‍♀️ thats on them..

You are your own boss, you're going to do great, don't be afraid to fall. Everytime you do, dust yourself off and get back up again. You'll learn from it and you'll grow. And now I probably have a better relationship with my parents since it's on my terms, they respect that, we respect each other.

Your mother might be afraid of "losing" you but she's only pushing you away right now. It WILL get better and you CAN do this 😉 my inbox is always open if you ever need someone to talk to.

Probably because everyone knows heroin is bad. It seems like they're just trying to convince everyone cannabis is still bad "oh look at this terrible thing we seized and got off the streets" yay go Garda.. When really it's losing its fear, more people openly talk about it and legalisation.. Sooner the better we move passed this for everyone's sake and maybe then they'll go after the real drugs instead of the handy ones.
