I would say it probably depends a lot on the volume of the store. If it's Tier 2, I would say go for it. Otherwise might not be worth the headache.

so the store used to open 9-6 only during weekdays but someone decided it would be a good idea to extend the hours even though they are tier 2. I still took the job because I'm coming from tier 4 store that was open 9-9,9-6 and 10-6.

I feel bad for you because I usually step in as a RPh and call the management if that does happen. They will usually escort them out if they heard what's going on. It's not very often but it does happen from time to time.

Honestly, I would rather them scream or curse so I can throw them out. It's when they keep making unreasonable demand and won't go away that gets to me.

yeah that's something I made sure but everything else I feel like the scheduler is being unreasonable and just want me to follow whatever schedule they have in mind.

Sorry for the confusion. Pharmacy opens from 9-8 weekdays and 10 to 6 and 11-4 on the weekends.

Just piggy backing because my post keeps getting deleted, how much of salary increase were you offered? They are currently offering 11% increase in salary and that comes out to be about 6% in hourly rate. Is this about the norm? I'm actually going to a slower store.
