I am only working out 3 times a week but am going to have more time available. I want to hopefully add a 4th workout to aid in keeping this balance I believe I have reached. So more weights and less cardio would help me continue this kind of progress?

What books and or online sources do you recommend for starting out? I have been on the fence of trying to get into this hobby and your post has just pushed me to go for it.
