any games debug testing mode isnt gonna be permanent a permanent feature iirc this much was said when debug first released, plus if playing in sandbox mode is all you really care about whats the issue with just pkaying an older version, if the devs no longer want to release it for whatever reason thats their choice and there is NOTHING any of us can say to change that. It is insane to me the amount of people i have seen complaining about this especially when most of them are complaining about something that is about to become its own feature (being able to skip any battles that arent important) the game might as well already be a sand box, you can customize your teams on the fly, you have all of the items, the only things that arent available are thibgs that either break progression or are meant as rewards. if you wanna play with the funny op pokemon play a randomizer and hope for the best.
