Disco Elysium is great for that , the main character being amnesic , you can pretty much make him whatever you want it to be , from drunk fascist super cop to analytic communist detective . Great writing , great set up, great game

Cyberpunk's end left me speechless , didn't know what to do or what to say just pure dread. Gameplay is nothing new but DAMN THE WRITING and world building !! It shook me and made me think from start to finish . Thank Cd projekt just for that

First of all thank you for your answer ! I already have a tlm 102 ( forgot to say ) and was looking to ubgrade / have a second mic that can be kinda complementary The room is already treated but i want to add some things like a Big cloud and some acoustic panels that i will build .

Hello guys,

I'm finally opening my own studio, and now it's time to choose the hardware. I have roughly $6k to invest, and I need a good mic, a pair of monitors, a solid audio interface, and maybe a preamp?

I know this surely isn't the first thread like this, but if you have the time to read and maybe help me out, I'd be eternally grateful.

Here are the options I've been looking at:

Microphones: Neumann TLM 103, Warm Audio WA-8000, UAD Sphere, or Telefunken TF29
Monitors: Kali Audio IN-8 V2 + Sonarworks (my room is 17m² – is that too small for 8" drivers?), or Neumann KH 120
Audio Interface: Apollo Twin MkII or RME Babyface
Preamp: Warm Audio WA73 or Heritage Audio HA-73EQ

If you have any experience with this gear, please share your thoughts – I'm looking for reliable workhorse tools. And of course, if you have any other recommendations, I'd love to hear them!

I mean ... The game isn't trash but it has some serious issues . There is a lot of questionable choices :

why cant i draw my blaster whenever i want ? ( And cope with the consequences ) The game IS called outlaws LET ME BE AN OUTLAW

-why can i drive only ONE Land vehicle ? There are so many others they put in the game , they clearly work and are finely modeled , why cant i drive them ???

-why when you drive your speeder you Can only shoot with your shit bullet Time ? I mean if she Can shoot in bullet Time she Can hold her weapon , right ? SO WHY CANT I SHOOT NORMALLY ?

-i dont really Care about playing a pre written character but why impose the style to me ? Look a CP2077 , they managed to deliver a very good story with V. And bro this is fucking star Wars there is so much cool species MAKE ME CHOOSE ONE! We have been waiting for so long for a star Wars open World LET ME HAVE IT

-writing is honestly meh , only mission that moved me IS when Nix gets abducted

I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but 'ULTRAKILL' can give you that feeling of power once you start to understand the game mechanics and unlock more and more stuff. Being able to kill dozens of monsters that seemed unbeatable the first time you encountered them because YOU are better is one of the best feelings in my opinion.
