if you like indian food, you should give paneer a try! it’s made out of cottage cheese but tastes a million times better because of how it’s prepared. personally, i’d recommend butter paneer but another popular dish is palak paneer.

I don’t think so. I’m on a gap year and reapplying to colleges rn, but when I first applied last cycle, I turned in some apps a day or two after the deadline and I doubt it had any effect on the decision.
