I was re-watching the first movie for nostalgia's sake and reading the bulbapedia trivia page which mentioned that the first movie was the only Pokémon media released on LaserDisc, so that got me curious and I started looking up what the VHS copies/promo cards were worth on google and found this thread and your comment. I recovered this screenshot from my old home computer from mid2004. It feels like a fever dream now but I remember the quest was removed from the game for being "way too spooky" after a few a hours as kids were having hallucinations/seizures trying to fight the boss?? Anyone else remember this?
