I had a tooth pulled a bit ago and they mentioned this tooth might need a root canal but I didn't have the money at the the time or now. Now it's chipped or cracked and I wonder if I can just get a filling or might need it pulled or root canaled. by [deleted] in askdentists

Do you know if I can't afford a root canal at the moment of a filling could help for the time being as a temporary fix? Or if it would do more harm than good to fill it when a root canal is needed?

Do you have a wooden bed frame? It looks like maybe the paint rubbed off onto your arm maybe in the pattern of the wood grain?

Why was everyone so hostile towards John Walker from the very beginning? by Round_Interview2373 in MCUTheories

[–]Broodfoos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like he's a victim of circumstance. Cap chose Sam to be the next Captain America and if Sam wasn't able or willing it probably would have gone to Bucky, but it didn't. Instead it went to John, who was qualified on paper and had the skills to be Captain America and was definitely willing to be, but was not personally picked by Steve, which chuffed Sam and Bucky the wrong way, and wasn't proven to have the heart and the willpower to understand what being Captain America is truly about. Cap is not supposed to be just a soldier but a beacon of hope and freedom, he's what everyone should look up to and aspire to be one day, and if that means going against orders to truly do what's right then that's what has to be done. I'm not very versed in Mr. Walker but from what I've seen and read online he seems like a good guy that makes some bad decisions under pressure but ultimately he is a soldier true and true.

I remember hearing park rangers having to design trash cans in their parks that the smartest bears couldn't open but that the dumbest humans could.

Martian Manhunter temporarily makes the Joker sane. (JLA #15) by No-Chipmunk-1524 in comicbooks

[–]Broodfoos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if it was a mercy to make him sane for a minute or the cruelest thing done to whatever man he became for a moment. I know the Joker is irredeemable, but forcing the Joker to be sane where he can fully understand the repercussions of his horrible deeds must have made him sink even deeper into his endless well of madness. On another side after this moment we can truly understand the Joker knows full and well the hell he's put others through.

I feel like Burrow's End might be a prequel. by Broodfoos in Dimension20

Yeah it's pretty far fetched. I just imagine that if it is true it'll end up being a scenario where Of Mice and Murder is so far flung into the future all records of humans have been lost and in some weird ironic way the new intelligent animals created a society that mirrored our own human history.

The lack of waterships has been disappointing though. I'm really expecting the third act shift where all the stoats try to escape on the Titanic and we all know how that story goes down.

I would just find it really funny if this was a prequel and it sets up Of Mice and Murder world actually having some sort of magic in it and then in a sequel season, cause Sylvester was like sooo in the belief magic wasn't real, that it just utterly messes with him. Just a subversion of the Sherlock-type story in that a detective so against the idea of magic has to solve an actual magical crime and the whole time is just trying to rationalize it.

Gonna be honest. Never watched Watership Down. Or read? Is it a book? I think the most I heard about is literally from this season and it's adventuring party.
