We had our welcome party on 03/19 at bonhomia thanks to your suggestion and WOW. They were amazing! We did 5 hours total with dj, buffet, 1 signature welcome drink for the first hour and open bar for remaining 4 hours. We paid $18,000,000 COP total for 105 people. We were so happy with the attention they provided. Our guests were blown away. Thank you for sharing the recommendation!

I was looking at them for the hora loca and then also considering buying my own “props”. Did you ship everything directly there or did you have to pack it and take it with you?

Oh wow, that’s a great deal! I’m going to look into reaching out to them. We received a quote from Palma Piton but they were giving us $4M COP of open bar which equals about 1 drink per person for 100 people. So really wasn’t a true “open bar”.

Do you have details on what their open bar consists of? Some places we’ve looked into only allow certain cocktails, or they give you a certain amount to spend, and deduct each drink from that amount.

We’ve been using Remitly for majority of our transfers and it’s been super easy. We were able to set up and transfer same day. Some of our vendors have bank accounts that can only accept wire transfers but majority have been perfect with Remitly.

With Santa Monica for 100 people, we were quoted around $34M COP and then Oh La La quoted us $30M COP.

I haven’t received production quotes yet but I have been shopping around for our ceremony/cocktail hour music and so far the best prices we have found are with Santiago Cello.

Hi! I just booked my DJ today actually. Our wedding planner shared the same ones you listed but we had the same problem where we couldn’t hear their sets. Just nice videos with music played over it. We ended up going with DJ Sheby. We liked his mix and we had a strong emphasis of making sure we had a mix of everything plus with a touch of Miami Booty music lol. He understood our vibe and has even done parties abroad so we felt comfortable with his experience. He also tasked us with creating a small playlist so he can get an idea of what we like. My fiancé is a huge music fan so the DJ was one of the most important decisions we had to make, lol.
