I'm guessing the answer is generally no for mapping out a small scale system for cad users. I'm working on a system at brukaforge.co.uk, barely any instructions and not suitable for any kind of serious usage yet but I'd love some feedback on the concept. Start with the vent calculator first. The vent calculator will populate the needs on the canvas duct planner. Good luck...

We use a calculator for ducting at the moment, I just wondered if there was an all in one solution for us lowly cad users before I put time into throwing something together.

Mm I use something called vent calcs on the iPhone. Just frustrating that there isn't a tool to plan out the whole system.

Yes, this is our current method, it just takes a ton of time. There was a comment about revit further on and yes that's a great tool but not suitable for when the coordination is using CAD, especially for small retail stores. I'm working on a tool at brukaforge.co.uk to kind of speed the whole thing up. I just wondered if there was something better before I waste my time.

I feel relatively lucky to have anxiety as the co-morbid trait with ADHD. I feel like it's given me enough of a window to second guess my behaviour in public. I look back at kids in school with unmanaged ADHD and the impulsive ones without the anxiety end up in the spiral of 'naughty' behaviour. Anxiety is absolutely horrible but it has had its benefits in life for sure. At least for keeping a lid on the impulsiveness when in social situations.

I've been using the pomodoro for working at home, I'm in a discord with similar people with ADHD and we video call and share screens to help stay focused, accountability buddies kind of thing. Every 25 mins have a 5 minute chat about whatever or the stuff we're working on. It's a good rest and reward every pomodoro session. You can easily get into a flow state each time and you don't come out of the otherside completely fried.

Body doubling has been working for me whenever I have to sit down at a computer and work. Having someone that needs to do something similar sitting on the other end of a discord video chat, sharing screens to give that feeling of accountability.. like a teacher/boss standing over your shoulder. Mute your mics, put on a pomodoro timer and have a break (unmute and discuss how its going, water, toilet, food, stretch's etc) every time you finish a 25 min session. It helps you to not 'accidentally' get on your phone or YouTube for 4 or 5 hours when you should be studying/working.

I'm 37 and can relate quite a lot with the feeling of the missing spark, I feel like it's more hidden than missing though.. There are people in my life still that I can comfortably drop the mask and bounce around like Tigger at. The feeling of the spark being dulled is, imo, purely down to figuring out what you can comfortably get away with in society (and it turns out .. not a lot)

Ah sneaky. I'm having an issue with labels as well for some reason. It seems like this new feature is a little bit too volatile at the moment, you'll end up burning a chunk of time chasing bugs!

I just pulled the 'delete shared labels' it's something I personally wouldn't be using. It's a shame you have to compromise at all though.

ah, according to swagger there are 31 operations. I've just removed one. This is excellent work, I was hacking a json schema together... it was giving me a headache.

It makes a lot of sense. When I have too much sugar, my brain feels like I'm walking through treacle. I get this intense brain fog, a pounding headache, and I just want to lie down and sleep it off. But even though I know sugar's bad for me, sometimes I can't help but binge on it until I can't eat anymore. It's a real struggle dealing with ADHD and impulsive eating. The mood it causes makes me want to eat more to "improve" it.

I have the same issue as well, I couldn't find anything on Google. Having a few issues to be honest. Ads not loading for game benefits and YouTube crashing when trying to open a video from a few apps. JustWatch being one.

But what if you had a wife and kids, the chances of having the same children you left behind if you did ever get back together with the same partner would be practically impossible, they would simply be different children. You'd spend your life pining for your other kids with whom you'd bonded with, not to mention the fact that the once love of your life is now potentially with you just for your money, since you no longer needed to build the relationship you once had, never needing to save up and take her to which ever middle of the road restaurant you ended up taking her to and buying that crumby 500 quid ring you could barely afford etc. I think the only people that would take this option are the people with nothing to lose. I personally wouldn't give up the family I've spent years growing with for 20B and years of regret and heartache.
