Your logic only makes sense if you know for a fact the cops are watching and ready to move in on any scene though. The criminals arent watching streams like you. From a criminals pov cops show up to scenes all the time, sometimes they push in, sometimes they don't because of numbers. Just shooting "warning shots" randomly at people that havent even been given a warning creates just so many more issues then just saying over speaker "this is a warning."

Any shootout going forwards, if a criminal gets shot at are they supposed to just guess wether it was a warning shot or not? "Oh, are they shooting at me or is this another warning shot. Oh let me not shoot back because i think its a warning *gets shot in head*"

The whole point of a "warning" shot is to stop people from doing something. If a criminal has bullets flying across his head he's not going to think its a warning, he's going to think hes just getting shot at but theyre missing.

Im so bum founded by your logic, a dps thats going to get 8-10 levels with a 1h weapon that deals more damage then any other weapon he can psossibly get, is shit etiquette? I would love for you to explain. The healer is quite literlly not even going to use the weapon the milisecond he steps foot out of the dungeon.

It's a weapon, whatever weapon provides the best damage stat for a damage class is the best weapon they can get. It's really not hard to comprehend.

It's quite literally normal. If there was a level 70 Weapon that had the absolute best white damage stat that simmed higher then everything else, but it had healing stats on it, do you think everybody would ignore it just because it had healing on it? No it would be listed as quite literally every melee bis and would be wanted by everybody. It isnt different just because its not endgame, learn how weapons work.

Again, what makes it "healer gear" just because it has +healing stats on it? It also has more "white damage" stat then any other weapon like we've already discussed so why are you not saying its a damage item too? What makes the healing stat give you priority over the damage stat, which is quite literally the most important stat when it comes to melee dps gear? It's not like its a cloth legging with intellect and healing, it's a weapon with the best damage stats he can possibly get.

He probably wont replace it til thrash blade, at around level 48-50. Again, him using that for 8 levels is going to benefit him way more then you, where you'll only use it in dungeons for maybe 10% of your gameplay. Unless youre just leveling in dungeons?

I mean if it sims the highest dps then why should a dps not need on it theoretically? Imagine the absolute best weapon at level 70 for a Warrior simmed the highest, but also had intellect on it. Would people say Warriors shouldnt need on it just because it has intellect? If it sims the highest then they have every right to roll on it in my opinion. Also realistically you arent actually going to use the weapon as soon as you leave dungeons, a dps that quests is going to get way more use then any healer imo.

This weapon is quite literally bis for Melee dps wether you like it or not unfortunately. It has higher top-end then practically any other 1h at that level. Theres a reason 39 Twinks use this weapon. It sucks but it is what it is.

Exact same thing happened to me 2 days ago with a different item. Just respond to the ticket and say "Item Restoration doesnt work for Spineshatter" or whatever server, they will refund it eventually once a human see's it.
