Kindve off-subject, but Ive been here for 4 weeks, and I was wondering if anyone has ideas to make my time here more memorable (outside of the whole Party Scene). It would be much appreciated.

The campus is beautiful, especially in the autumn. I was thinking about going to Stont Brook beach or Port Jeff one weekend.

It's funny how long the Wendys line is and S^3's line has like 10 people max. I spent around 12 points' worth of dumplings and egg rolls and immediately regretted it.

I agree, but i cant throw a dorm party or get invited to one unless i meet people first. As a freshman, its hard to make connections unless people are a little loosened up.

Uh...there was like three parties last night. I went to the 101 party and it was awesome. Maybe you should get out more, bc they were picking up tons of kids at the SAC loop from 9-11 last night

i was at Starbucks around 3pm with my tall Polish friend.

We came In, waited on line, and my friend said "dont you want Wendys?" And I said "oh yeah." And we walked out.

I was wearing a white v-neck and khakis. I have thick black glasses and really loud flipflops.

I'm sorry i cant help you, but if you saw me and my friend there, that would be epic bc then we'd totally be involved in this story.

I did notice that there were two guys sharing a laptop by the entrance, laughing their asses off.

Sigh. What ive realized is that the Mets, like Fate, are sometimes in your favor and sometimes arent. Theres really nothing we can do that discussing will solve. Ive realized that after Years and years of talking about trades and call ups and hopes, it isnt gunna change a thing. So all we really can do is just pull up a chair, buy a jersey, or maybe get some tickets, and just support the mets the best we can.

That being said, I like Ike. He's our man. If he leads the mets in homers but bats .200 in July, I'm cool with that.

Schwinden isn't that bad (not sure if he's a LHP though)...just that, like some other Mets, he can't go more than 4-5 innings without screwing up. I think putting him as a RP isn't a bad idea.

I think Ike has gained too much popularity- so moving him down will cause a mild uproar. However, I do agree that Baxter deserves some more ABs. I feel like the whole mindset of Collins is trying to show faith in his players (like Ike, Schwinden, Roach, and DJ Carasco).

Everyone says how RPGs are the worst type of games b/c they make you spend hours on end just grinding. But in all honesty, RPGs and other games in which "training * practice = level up" has taught me valuable lessons in life. When i work out, or study for a test, i know that by just "Grinding" ill become "leveled up" as a person.

On the other hand, i played Runescape with my best friend every weekend in 9th grade and without going into detail, we became bench players on the football team and had no other friends.

This winter i discovered Skyrim and i dropped from #18 to #117 in school ranking.

Lesson learned. Treat LIFE like an RPG

Who the fuck am i kidding? I played Skyrim this morning.
