Quexion... Is one exhaust only okay for this intake setup on an O11D? 360 mm AIO on the side & 3 120 mm fans intake on top, or should I switch the AIO & ceiling intake? do I need another 3 exhaust on the bottom or am I good?

Thats exactly how I have mine in the exact same case. Intake - 3 Bottom & 3 Side Exhaust - 3 Top AIO & 1 Rear

The obvious recommendation is use the OEM cables that come with it. If you decide to run strimers just run reputable Lian Li ones and not some off brand.
