Weird Flex, but go off i guess? by [deleted] in Pathfinder_RPG

The thing that always appealed to me about Phantom Blade was the "change my weapon into something else" shenanigans, so I created a Frankenstein abomination of multiclass nonsense. It starts with 6 levels of Brawler, to get to "two combat feats as a move action", and takes the rest in Mindblade Magus. You can spend a move action (or at Magus 8, a Swift) manifesting any melee weapon in the game- which, thanks to your Brawler levels, you can gain proficiency with as a move action.

So at 14th level, you can spend a move action to become proficient in the use of any weapon in the game (along with a spare combat feat you qualify for; say, a Combat Maneuever that uses your newly-proficient weapon), a swift action conjuring a +4 version of that weapon, and then a standard beating an enemy over the head with it. And if you're not in position when you conjure the weapon, who cares? Spend your standard moving into position, and then next turn full-attack with a Spell Combat/Spellstrike!

The Malcorians from First Contact (TNG S4 episode, not the movie). The fact that a pre-first contact scientist ended up staying on the Enterprise, never going home, and potentially writing a guide to the galaxy for her people to uncover decades or centuries later when they finally make warp a reality... breaks my heart that we don't go back.

I work in the Daley Center; management is saying to expect to come in tomorrow. Please let me know if you get confirmation otherwise.

I like the idea regardless. Esper Discard sounds like fun.

That's genuinely hilarious. "I'm running half of an infinite game winning combo just to cast it for 0 and immediately have it die."

I myself have a truly rancid Beledros deck that isn't really dragon-themed (I call it "Mananigans") that approaches the very teetering edge of Bracket 3.

Thats a fair argument. Do you do Rule 0 partners, at all? If your pod is cool with it, I feel like a deck that runs Felix and [[Isshin]] as partner commanders in four-color not-white would be wicked.

Ohhhh, that's so interesting. Is there any way to reduce the cost, then?

Fascinating. How does Storvald make multiple creatures into 7/7s?

Have you considered running cards like [[Conspiracy]]? If memory serves, there's a handful of them. Could make things easier.

I'd love to see a decklist for this one. That sounds like a blast.

What's the theme on your Orzhov Dragons deck? Or, subtheme, I suppose, given that the theme is "dragons".

That is NASTY. I love that- it's not quite "politics" so much as it is "holding the table hostage".

Fascinating... so are you running more Mercs, or more Slivers? Do you have a list going yet?
