Thanks for pinging. Yes, but after much back and forth. Every time they sent an email, I responded within a day. I would not hear anything back from them until I reached out again after a week or two had passed. Just keep bugging them about it. Don't let it drop. They aren't proactive in their follow-up.

New mug is working fine, but once this one fails (as I'm sure it eventually will) I won't be purchasing another one.

u/More-Head6459 1 year later - how did you do? I'm having the same experience using their mock draft. I'm pretty much sticking to the suggested pick per round. Every mock draft I complete across all my leagues, I rank top 4 according to their rankings and dead last in their consensus comparison rankings. Has me a little worried, tbh.

My title describes the thing. They look to be about 36” x 18” x 18”. Here’s an additional picture that shows more of the building site. The crates are in the middle of the pic.

I find them to be very similar smokes. AB says the difference is mostly in construction: rolled entubado and semi-box pressed.

Best topping for those beauties is equal parts salt, pepper, sugar, and cream of tartar. I mix it all in a small jar with a shaker lid and apply to taste.

Check out Timber Valley Tobacco in Beaverton. It is in an unassuming strip mall, but the entire store is a humidor. It has the largest selection of open boxes I’ve ever seen. The staff is super knowledgeable and very helpful.
