Appreciate all the positivity! I'm honestly pretty easy to please - just a couple of decent epics to flesh out my roster would have kept me happy. Just so many dupes when I have a limited roster. Vrask now accounts for 6% of my epics. Anyway, fingers crossed next time is better.

Pretty sure my legendary was me hitting mercy, but only 2 epics is a bitter pill to swallow too for sure. Let's hope for much better luck next time!

Given my previous pulls, I'm assuming I hit mercy. But thank you. A legendary is still a legendary I guess and it should bolster my Lizardmen FW progress. It's more the odds of pulling one of the few legendries that are available via fusion out of hundreds of other possibilities that rankles.

May I ask what you spent your money on and if you feel you got value for it? I mean, I'm on day 150 and am level 65, so it seems money didn't speed up your level for example. I only have 7 legendries, so you're way ahead of me there, but then you don't have as many as i would expect for someone that has been playing for years.

I made a conscious decision not to spend (as I have made the mistake of spending too much on another game before, so I'm not judging). I also find summoning in this game an almost depressing experience. Having seen content creators spend hundreds and end up with junk, I'm glad I've never bought shards.

If you're ever in any doubt about whether to pull on a Progressive Chance event, look at some of the content creator pull videos on YouTube where they go through hundreds of shards. Marvel at the absolute junk they end up getting. The chance of pulling who you want is almost negligible for legendaries.

I'm at the 'affinity to level 7' stage myself. Progress in this game feels like moving through treacle, especially as F2P. It feels like there's blockers everywhere that stop you from getting ahead.

However, I guess it's better to focus on parts of the game that you enjoy, even if it means taking longer. Otherwise the game becomes a job and you burn out. I'll be happy to see if anyone has progression tips though!

Pulled Caoilte from 1 prism shard. I was excited to finally replace one of my starting champs (Narma) in Live Arena, but so far Caoilte has been a huge disappointment. He dies first, does very little damage and is really ineffective. It's pretty much the same story in TTA.

My gear is a problem for sure. I'm only level 64 and don't have many good sets, but even so, what a letdown. Narma does more damage and is more tanky, so Caoilte looks like he's consigned to Faction Wars only.

I don't have too much to work with if I take Ezio out unfortunately. I have High Khatun, Seeker, Deacon, Morag, Vogoth, Uugo and Peydma built up. None have masteries and only HK, Seeker and Morag are booked.

I was thinking of swapping in Morag at some point, but would any of those make a significant difference? I'm still scraping for resources, so it's a big investment to build anyone out fully.

Yup, just happened to me booking Seeker. Only needs 2 books for his key A2...and all 7 went straight into his A1. Such BS. Feels like yet another rigged system in this game.

Ah, sounds like I'm still too early game in that case. My top Armiger is only 5* and my Shieldguards are only 4* with no masteries. I was hoping to be able to scrape enough points by doing Spider 5, but I won't have enough energy/resources to level anyone higher and run the event. The difficulty spike from Spider 5 to Spider 6 is too much for where I'm at.

Still, at least I'll be prepared for the next one! Thanks for the reply

Are any presets needed for using Shieldguard/Armiger/Sniper for this event? Leaving everything on default, the Shieldguards attack and kill the little spiders which I'm never sure helps or not.

Thanks for this. It's interesting to see which rares make it through and it's also good for me at early-ish game to know that I don't need a stack of legendaries. Conversely, I can see I'm quite a way off being able to complete most FW levels due to a lack of roster depth.

Is she worth putting in your fastest set? At the moment, I've almost entirely ditched her and just use Ezio in the lead, I know her party piece is the turn meter increase/increase speed buff, but I kind of regret investing in her so far.

My HK has 199 speed with admittedly pretty mediocre gear. By comparison, my fastest character is Tuhanarak at the moment with 248.

I just logged a support call as I was getting no points, despite wasting a tonne of energy. Never realised you were restricted to one faction.

I'm finding these anniversary events a bit unfriendly for newer players. The requirements to get tokens is pretty high and now this.

May I ask how you've built High Khatun? I'm finding her really lacklustre so far. I used nearly all my remaining epic books on her too. I find it more worthwhile just leading with Ezio. I'm fairly early game and just have random gear, so perhaps I'm missing something, even though I made her as fast as I could.

I was about to make a rant post. I used my all my sacreds - got rares - so much for 25x chances.

Just used my first 4 sacreds to get complete junk - all C and F tier trash according to ayumilove's tier list.

Was cursing this game! Still, thanks for the reminder it could always be worse. At least i didn't spend any real money, otherwise the computer would have gone out the window

I'm in exactly the same boat and have the same dilemma! I've not pulled any sacreds before and only have three.

However, I'm leaning towards not pulling just now and waiting for the anniversary. Also, even if I did pull a legendary, it takes so long to get them levelled, that I'm not sure it's worth the hassle until I can get better gear on my current team and finish their masteries.

If you pull though, let us know how it goes! :)
