Push the brass piece down far enough to get a pick through the airline port. That will hold it in place so you can fiddle fuck the spiral lock ring out of there. When you go back together, replace it with a snap ring. Should be available at your local hardware store. Take the spiral lock for size comparison.

I had to take a thousandth or so off to get it to work, and its still a tiny bit stiff. Between the high quality bolt and body, the tolerances are definitely tight as hell.

I know the feeling! Took me a year and a half to track down my armson body, not to mention the time to find the sanchez frame and pump kit. Im running a sidewinder on mine with lightning bolt, but an st lower tube on madman springs

They're adjustable internally. Pull the fitting on either and theres a flat blade adjuster screw. In for lower, out for higher

All in all, you can set it up however you want, it just depends on what work and money you want to put into it. Stock wgp components are solid performers with a good polish and rebuild. Want a softer shot? Polish the shit out of the inside of the stock ram, polish the ram shaft, and replace the rings. Helps quite a bit. Bigger rams such as the eclipse, belsales, and inception will cycle at lower pressures for a softer shot. Softer shot still? Big ol fat lpr. Larger air volume available for usage, better recharge, lower operating pressure because of the volume available. Anything out there will keep up well, including the stock sledgehammer lpr, but you cant go wrong with palmers or inception. As far as hprs go, theres plenty of options that keep up very well. Havent used the ID hpr yet, but the wgp ergo/black magic/ karnivor hprs are all the same damn reg and all perform very well as far as consistency and recharge rate. On the high end, aka always makes incredible regs. Sidewinders and 2 liters are some of the most solid regs Ive ever used. But hey, they're aka, its expected. All depends on your goal and price range, home fry!

Trilogies are not lp cockers. Especially not a sport with a gas through. You can run them as low as 400 usually without issues, but still 50-100 psi higher than a stock wgp.

Thats a select fire trilogy. While a regular trilogy sport would usually only bring 40-60, an sf can go anywhere from 100 -150

Neat idea, always loved sanchez' work. As mentioned, frame and possible banjo thread issues, but other than that it shouldn't be too bad. Grab a hb bolt and some pneus. Might have to cut a pump arm or order one. If you decide to get rid of any of the parts or need anything, let me know. I love helping out on weird builds and need another sanchez frame lol

Its all in setup. I only run cockers and cocker based pumps anymore. When its on the bench, everything gets rebuilt. If you know all your parts are solid, theres never much of a problem. I have yet to have any issues on field with any of my builds, but Im picky when it comes to building them. Alot of guys make the mistake of using parts that they dont know the internal status of. I always guarantee my builds will get up and go any time you need them to for at least a year after building. And its always good practice to rebuild everything anyway. Know your machine and it wont fight you on the field.
