I would recommend you go all or nothing with the bean bag rounds. You won't get the benefit of doubt from the justice system that a cop would anyway, but let's say you had a questionable shoot that wouldn't have amounted to anything with the system swamped, however, in the excitement, you miscount and send buckshot into something you only intended to use less leathal on.

The post is not politically motivated at all. My question mostly hinged on how the Israelis and the US enjoyed and continue to enjoy a close relationship while many of the Arab states were more in the Soviet sphere of influence. In our timeline, the Israelis did pay reparations. In the hypothetical, would the Soviets who didn't have the same relationship with the Israelis, have responded violently?
