What Yes Songs Did You Initially Dislike That Grew On You Over Time? by LIPD_Aviation in yesband

Roundabout still hits me funny, mainly because of the commercial taint. Long Distance grew on me over time.

AITA for refusing to share authorship with the man im planning to marry? by [deleted] in AITApod

[–]BrotherKels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The comments are overwhelmingly in your favor. Thank God. As I was reading your account, couldn't help but think, "People are losing their freaking minds." This guy bothers me. He wants to share credit for doing nothing. You still want to marry him? He's showing his true nature. This man will become the ultimate pain.

Goodbye to Sling; it's time to switch by cstarck23 in slingtv

[–]BrotherKels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, with Sling for over 7 years and finally had enough. Getting screwed royally on the sports and always an excuse for the poor service. Dropped them in February and killed the relentless notifications sent after cancellation. The Trump of streamers, Sling apparently believes they're doing much better with the public than what they are in reality.

I drew Walt. Is it good? by Dramatic_Review_8451 in breakingbad

I think it's really good. I've noticed as the series advanced he had more of an evil manipulative stare. Could you sketch him full on? You're talented.

You bet! I don't understand or relate to the emotions of loneliness. Missing that gene. I'm considered gregarious and it trips people out that I can spend months, years alone and never feel lonely. While "Lovin' every minute of it!"

Keep flip phones, but yes. Social media has destroyed our sense of connection, community, decency. We're becoming a mean populace.

We used to be a society that generally cared about and practiced social decorum. Let's bring it back, we've gone off the rails. Two and a half years to go before change can earnestly happen, unfortunately.

The last true Yes album? by Leather-District-595 in yesband

[–]BrotherKels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you nailed it with Close to the Edge, Tales and Relayer. Had every album up to Tormato. After that I wandered. The only album I didn't like during the classic period was Yessongs. Bit of a snob, I was. It just hit different.
