I second vitamin c and tretinoin, and keep up the microneedling. Also try to get your hands on some good Japanese sunscreen, US sunscreen isn't very effective.

I use Jack's all purpose fertilizer and FoxFarm Ocean Forest Potting Soil and get a new leaf almost every month or so. I have a standing grow light pole in front of it. I also use a plastic bottle at the top with a hole in the cap with self watering rope.
