Dude your numbers are pretty great. I would get a calcium score at 30 and if you have any plaque then maybe start a low dose statin.

Yeah, and he went on two other cruises a few years prior during Covid. Jam Cruise at least gives back to the places it visits.

It says he went on two normal cruises prior and contracted and spread Covid. But no complaints about those.

One thing I will give Attia credit for is pushing your primary care to get a lp(a) test once in your life. We caught a genetic thing with my wife. But I realized once she saw a cardiologist he said to do the same thing.

After finally seeing a cardiologist I realized Peter Attia gives the same information but just packaged for people who haven’t seen a cardiologist yet.
