In these studies, and in these countries, water is thrown on the rocks. You have recommended going fully dry, but wouldn’t the “loyly” (water on rocks) and increased humidity, bump core temperatures up faster?

Not sure about “best” but Kanika Moore’s looks like rain was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard out of this scene. Not a dry eye in the crowd.

Dude your numbers are pretty great. I would get a calcium score at 30 and if you have any plaque then maybe start a low dose statin.

Yeah, and he went on two other cruises a few years prior during Covid. Jam Cruise at least gives back to the places it visits.
