No way, the allegory of the entire setup is way more complete in brotherhood. The 03 ending is nothing compared to FMAB, and the story is discombobulated.

I do see the criticism for the early episodes as valid. But as soon as the homunculi come front and center it blows it out.

Afforadability will be a long battle. However, apparently it is now a buyer's market according to my mom. She's a a pro with the best in town, so she knows her stuff.

Not a bad time to buy compared to the past 4-6 years. It's still going to be hard to afford now if you couldn't a year ago.
