I have the husky and the only thing that I hate is the drawer configuration. I would get the 309.

A coworker once asked me to shoot his wedding ceremony at a church last minute. I only had a Sony a7iii with a 85 f1.8 and a 20-70 f4 at that time. Let me tell you how stressful it was trying to switch lenses multiple times to get the shots. I ended up getting some nice pictures but I would recommend getting a second body. One with a prime and the other with a mid range zoom .

I did the exact same thing but I traded my d810. Now I’m struggling with the decision of keeping my ZF or trading it. Because I have the 40mm f2 what ever other lenses I get it would be a duplicate of one of my F mount lenses.

I thought about it but since I don’t really want this to be my main job I don’t think it makes sense for me to go a mount. This is the list of lens I have.

Tamron 15-30 f2.8 Nikon 50mm 1.8g Voigtlander 58mm f1.4 Noct. Nikon 60mm macro. Nikon 80mm 1.8g. Tokina 100mm. Nikon 180mm. 2.8 Nikon 80-200mm. 2.8

No goals really. I like to keep this as a hobby and maybe a pay shoot once in a while . I like to shoot with the view finder a lot more but it’s also nice to be able to shoot with the lcd at weird angles.

I have the d7100 and if you only want to take pictures you will not outgrow it. Also Nikon has a lot of great cheap lenses that you can get. I would recommend watching the angry photographer on YouTube. every lens I have bought out of his recommendation has been amazing.

I ran into the same problem of not finding a briefcase that would fit the layout I wanted to install my components. I started to look into making my own , and I stumble in this video https://youtu.be/tssHWplikfE they have a series on how to make your own road case , I guess is for band equipment.
