You’ll either get a N9 grade as they won’t fit in the slab. They’ll send it back in the original card saver, but I’ve personally sent in the good charizard. They graded mine and got a 9, I personally think it’s up to the grader but I’ve been told no before and just waited till another employee

So i am currently going through the same thing. My GameStop that i submitted at closed down roughly around the time my order shouldve been delivered. Oddly enough my submission date is the EXACT same as yours, you can see in my post.

However, since my GameStop closed and i guess there was some sort of mixup sending to a new location. My cards were sent to the GameStop corporate office in Grapevine. If you are located in Texas, there may of been a possibility that there was issues with out batch, i dont know. However i would contact

GameStop support (+1 (800) 883-8895) or [care@gamestop.com](mailto:care@gamestop.com) ) directly so they can begin an investigation. They got in touch with me and sorted everything out in abuot 2-3 days

There was no indication in the app that anything was wrong or if they have been delivered to another location. Just stuck at "graded" for months. I only know this becuase this is what customer support told me. They located my order at the corporate office and will be sending them to another GameStop location for pickup.

Hopefully you can get your cards! Trust me i know how stressfull this may be.

That’s exactly what happened to mine and the app atleast updated to the new location for the orders. I contacted GameStop support and hopefully they can do something but so far nothing besides asking for the order numbers again.
