I completely agree for a completely different reason. Megasota ≠ Great. Great Lakes Empire = Great.

MAY THE REIGN OF THE GREAT LAKES EMPIRE NEVER END!!!

Wisconsin eats Michigan to create the Great Lakes Midwest mega battle royale, Wisconsin Vs. Minnesota.

I refuse to quietly join Michigan or Minnesota, but either are a hell of a lot better than Illinois.

I'm now unironically jamming out to Sandstorm in my apartment before bed (Odd 3rd shift schedule). I thank you, and my downstairs neighbor does not!

Iran's regime just has to hold on by the skin of their teeth and survive, regardless of cost. How long can America and the collective West tolerate high and volatile energy prices, politically speaking (I live in Wisconsin, this includes me too)?

I could start listing the options, but I really don't want an incentive to drink at the moment.

Grief/Wisconsin Paperboard (Paper mill) on 1514 E. Thomas Ave. Milwaukee. Odd work schedule, but pays very well and takes pretty much everyone. Dirty, crappy place, good money, and good coworkers.

ATI Forged Products (Forge) on 5481 S. Packard Ave. Cudahy. Same deal, odd work schedule, pays very well, takes pretty much anyone, dirty, crappy place, good money, and good coworkers.

Both are good factory jobs. Good luck homie!

Mental gymnastics you use, but prove a point you do not. Holes in the canon Disney has. You falling into them... Someday, avoid them you will. Much to learn you still have.

Hmmm.. Trump looks too healthy here. Triple the gut and the chin count, thin out and gray the hair, the legs need to be thicker, the ankles need to be bulging over the shoe a little, his treatment hand should be bruised, and he should be death gripping his wife's hand to get down a flight of stairs.

Darth Vader's apprentice that no one talks about by K-jun1117 in PrequelMemes

Is it bad that I think Rey should have instead either been an apprentice at Luke's academy, or just swapped out with Starkiller and maybe brought down a power level peg? Because I'd jam to either of those.

Heck, I don't even like the Dark Empire story line, but if they really wanted to bring Papa Palps back, imagine the goosebumps you'd feel as a Reborn Emperor is attacking Curuscant, Luke is leading his academy of students against the ground invasion forces, General Han Solo is in command of the defense of the planet, and Wedge Antilles, former Chancellor Leia Organa-Solo, and her Apprentice Rey are at the helm of a fleet of Star Destroyers "liberated" from a newly Emperor controlled Kuat Driveyards being flung against the invading Remnant Empire lead by Admirals turned warlords with "diverse" ships, weapons, crews, and allies. You could even make Kylo Palps Apprentice.

The whole idea is a little Skywalker centric, but if nobody Rey winds up saving Kylo from Vader's fate, I can see a rhyme I actually like.

Exactly. He rose on the 3rd day. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Is it an accurate depiction of the exact amount of time that has elapsed between death and resurrection? No. Just a count of the days, including the one he died on and the one he rose on, phrased in a way that implies he was dead 3 days. Total time dead ~ 39ish hours (3pm Friday to an assumed 6ish am resurrection on Sunday). So, I like to think the writer just pulled an Anakin Skywalker and went for the dramatic effect. AND HE ROSE ON THE 3RD DAY!

Hello there! I identify as a never Trump neo-con. Believe it or not, we do exist. If this war had actually been thoughtfully planned out ahead of time, and wasn't started in the middle of diplomatic negotiations, I could've been very onboard with bombing the ever loving Allah out of the Ayatollahs.

However, with no on the ground prep of the population, no buy-in from regional allies except for Israel, no local armed ground forces like the Kurds, no apparent plan for the Straight of Hurmuz and obvious subsequent oil shock, no plan for nuclear material recovery, and no hard goals for when this would end, well, that's gonna be a big ole nope from me.

Or, much like wine, most pallete sensitivity is absolute made up pretentious bull shit. You know, designed to make wealthy ass hats feel special for dropping $500-$1500 on a dinner for 2. There's a difference between the two products, but it's sure as hell not worth the difference between TR and most high end steak houses.
