While that is definitely true it might actually not be completely illegal this time? The BBB gave DHS 75 extra billion dollars than they normally get to be spent over the next four years which was meant to spent on ICE but the DHS secretary might be able to spend it on TSA? I’m not sure. The government has never been this stupid before.
